I'm still gaining weight after I came back from Ireland.
That's scary. I'm 50KG++ now.
When I was in Ireland, I don't really care about my weight.
But after I came back, my mom criticise a lot about my body shape so I think I have to do something about it.
Although I look skinny but I have a HUGE belly.
It looks like I have 2 months baby. Believe me. It's true.
So I don't have the nice ''S'' shape.
Some more, my thighs are quite fat as well until I can feel it tremble when I walk/run.
So I bought a hola-hoop and do exercise everyday in the afternoon.
Hope I can get rid of my nicknames at home.
Btw, the nicknames are Fei Poh/ Fei Fei/ Fei Zhu/Zhu Zhu.
WTH, 50KG++ only, also call me Fei Poh.
But I'm the fattest among my siblings. OKAY.
Do you have a smart phone? Download this app called "Nike Training Club" - Lee Hom himself recommended it. It's very good. I've been using this app to do workout in my room coz I'm so lazy to go to gym nowadays. It can help you focus on parts that you're not satisfied with. Example for you is your belly part, so you can chose a 15 min workout just focusing on getting abs :)
ReplyDeleteThe problem is I don't have a smart phone. Sad. I'll get one soon though. Nike training club, I'll rmb it. haha. I'm looking for some cheap smart phone, but I'll wait for the iPhone 5. Cuz if shops start selling it other phones will be cheaper.
